Responsibilities:

Relationship Manager Trainee Program offers 6-month comprehensive training to develop and provide good career prospect for young talents to become our future sales leaders. During this journey, you will start your career in financial world and undergo a training program including industrial knowledge and on-the-job training in Investment, Wealth Management, External Asset Management etc. for business familiarization under CFSG Group. By providing different opportunities and challenges, you will be able to unleash your potential and gain career progression through this adventurously designed program in Finance prospect.

You will expose the following main business engines:

• External Asset Management
• Wealth Management
• Premium Brokerage

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or any relevant disciplines
• Strong career aspiration & planning in Finance industry
• Proactive, adaptable and high learning agility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• A strong interest in sales and have a strong desire and ambition for success
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Holder of relevant financial licenses preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
